FORSUS™ APPLIANCES The Forsus Appliance is a fairly new appliance and has replaced the Herbst Appliance in most cases in our office. Placement of the appliance and patient tolerance are improved and we have been seeing great results. Like the Herbst and the Pendulum Appliances the Forsus Appliance is used to treat overbites and works in much the same way as elastics without the need for patient compliance.
